Our products come with consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law where those guarantees apply.
Nothing in these Terms of Sale excludes, restricts or modifies a consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.
3. Orders
When you place an order you are offering to purchase the selected products at the price and on the terms displayed during checkout.
An automated order acknowledgement confirms that we have received your order. We may contact you if an order cannot be fulfilled because of stock availability, a material pricing or listing error, payment failure, suspected fraud or another legitimate reason.
If we cannot fulfil an order after payment has been taken, we will refund the affected amount.

Products available for shipping are generally delivered within Australia to supported addresses.
Some products are specifically markedPickup Onlyand cannot be shipped.

10. Returns and refunds
Our voluntary change-of-mind policy provides eligible customers with 30 days from delivery or collection to request a return.
This voluntary policy is separate from rights available under the Australian Consumer Law.

If a product is faulty, unsafe, materially different from its description or otherwise fails to meet an applicable consumer guarantee, remedies may be available under the Australian Consumer Law.
